In the past 30 days, we embarked on a journey of self-reflection and revitalization for our business, and we’re excited to share our experience with you.
As a business with 18 years under our belt, it was humbling to realize that we were not on track to where we wanted to be as of January. This realization prompted us to take a step back and develop a straightforward game plan to get back on the right path.
The process involved reevaluating our offerings and identifying the true value we bring to our clients. Despite the initial challenge of revisiting and potentially redoing aspects of our business, this exercise proved to be crucial in understanding our strengths and areas for improvement.
After implementing our game plan for 30 days, the results were remarkable. We secured five new listings and connected with six pre-qualified buyers who are ready to make a move. The key to our success lay in following simple yet effective steps, including scheduling scripts and dialogs and critically evaluating the value we offered to those we reached out to.
